KIMCHI & THE ART OF
BECOMING YOUR BEST SELF

A Tasting-Based Workshop

Led by Yerachmiel Neuman, founder of Yo Mamma's Kimchi

Yerachmiel Neuman, founder of Israel's first authentic kosher kimchi company, Yo Mamma's Kimchi, invites you to a unique experiential workshop exploring growth, purpose, and what it means to engage fully with the world around us.

Born in St. Louis and living in Jerusalem for over 20 years, Yerachmiel is a husband and father of five who believes that spiritual growth comes from learning how to engage with our physical lives more deeply.

Through hands-on kimchi tasting and guided reflection, this workshop explores how fermentation offers a powerful model for human development: how pressure, time, and even discomfort aren't obstacles to growth, but the very forces that refine us. Just as salt and time transform raw vegetables into something vibrant and nourishing, life's challenges have the power to draw out our most delicious flavors.

Drawing on Jewish wisdom, science and lived experience, the session offers an embodied perspective on the process of redemption — not as withdrawal from the physical world, but as the slow, meaningful process of refining ourselves and uplifting the world.

This is an interactive, sensory experience designed to engage the body, open the mind, and leave participants with a grounded, hopeful way of thinking about growth, struggle, and becoming.
